Honestly, I would first buy a loose cable and sheath and set screw.
Set screw is an Allen screw that is too sharp and when tightened too tight it breaks the cable and curls the broken wire from the rest of the cable and you can grab a new one. Adjusting gauge is nonsense, just grab tape measure and adjust 10 (7/8 speed) or 9 cm (4 speed) from the outer cable to the adjusting screw (put it in first gear first)

Great product, shame about missing end cap
Switching was a crime. I discovered that the original cable was unravelling at the switch, so stuck. After fitting new cable, shifting worked very precisely again, better than long before. Supplied distance tool didn't work for my bike. In fourth gear just make sure the two yellow lines are together and then tighten.

Super performance
Smooth switching
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Great value for money
All supplies to replace the cable were in the set. The only drawback is that the outer cable cannot be cut with standard pliers, you actually have to use special pliers. With a hacksaw and some patience, I managed to do this myself. After installation, the gears work fine again.
